The receptionist was very helpful. i received directions to a nearby grocery store, atm, and restaurant, so i was able to easily find fresh fruit. the hotel staff arranged transportation to the port for my cruise. i found the location to be very convenient. It was close to the vatican museum entrance.
it would have been helpful to have usb outlets for charging my devices.

breakfast was light and pleasant and included fresh fruit. i enjoyed dining at a restaurant nearby, it was in a great restaurant area, though the service wasn't the best, the food made up for it.

The room was clean with daily service. The temperature was comfortable. the air conditioning worked well, though the controls were not very intuitive. the beds were comfy, and the linens were good, so i slept well.

this hotel is across from the vatican museum so access was very easy. the location is nice for shopping and dining, though the traffic was hectic! qualified tour companies are also on the next street.

The hotel sits right across from the vatican. qualified tour companies are nearby. I found it convenient, especially for vatican visits. the metro and bus stops are also close. the staff was friendly and helpful.
I found that the walls of my room had some areas where the paint was chipping. It could use a little touch-up to look fresher.

great location helpful service accommodating staff
the hotel's location is great. it stands opposite the vatican museum entrance. the concierge service was helpful, specifically with arranging airport transfers. i found the staff quite accommodating to english speakers.
The elevator seemed to operate only on one floor at a time. It required some patience when multiple parties needed different floors.
